Our Story

We’re a team of doers and innovators. As an organization that creates products to make people’s jobs and work lives easier, we acknowledged an internal need for our own customer-facing teams. These skilled employees assisted customers who were seeking software help and best practice guidance, and required a better system for documenting those issues and their results.

Our software development team began building qManage—a comprehensive service management system that helps support representatives record every step of a customer service issue, as well as the steps taken to resolve it.

qManage has evolved significantly over the years, and we realized we’d created something special. We’re here to help elevate your productivity with an intuitive system geared toward progress.
