We’re a team of doers and innovators. As an organization that creates products to make people’s jobs and work lives easier, we acknowledged an internal need for our own customer-facing teams. These skilled employees assisted customers who were seeking software help and best practice guidance, and required a better system for documenting those issues and their results.
Our software development team began building qManage—a comprehensive service management system that helps support representatives record every step of a customer service issue, as well as the steps taken to resolve it.
